Fundamentals Program

During the Fundamentals Program you will become familiar with most of the important

  • body weight
  • gymnastic
  • olympic lifts
  • other bar lifts movements
  • Most of what you will learn are fundamental movements we do at CrossFit Takanini. There are various other exercises you will become familiar with during regular CrossFit Sessions. Moves that will be taught through the

Fundamentals Program will include, but not limited to:

  • Air squat, front squat, Overhead squat
  • Shoulder press, Push press, Push jerk, Split Jerk
  • Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • Thruster
  • Hang power clean, Hang power snatch
  • Kettlebell swing
  • Pull-ups, push-ups
  • box jumps
  • rowing
  • wall-ball
  • jump rope drills.

Cost: $150 for the complete program (8 – 60min Sessions)

Fundamental Class Schedule:
We have reserved (Time and Days TBC) for the Fundamentals Program.  You will be greeted and coached by one of our highly educated coaches through the 8 sessions.

You must attend all 8 sessions on the allocated times and dates to be able to join in on the group classes.

Payment will be due prior to the course starting and on completion of the course you’ll receive a CrossFit Takanini T shirt or Singlet.
